This 7 minute Tabata Workout incorporates body weight conditioning for upper and lower body. You will need a chair or something you can step on and off.

 

Simple Ball Handling Drills

You can do this with a partner or solo.

During the clapping challenges, go up the ladder until you lose control.

Challenge your teammates and friends via Zoom/Facetime for head to head challenges!
