Each session will meet on Monday-Wednesday-Friday, for 3 consecutive weeks. During each 3 week session, choose from one or more or the following classes:
8:00am - 9:00am
Small Group Strength & Conditioning
$199 per person
9:15am - 10:15am
Speed, Agility & Quickness Training
$199 per person
10:30am - 11:30am
Small Group Strength & Conditioning
$199 per person
Note: team discounts are available for groups of 6 or more training together.

ALL SUMMER VOLLEYBALL CAMPS
Will continue to run to the most up to date safety protocols put out by the CDC and NY State.
On the first day, all campers should bring the linked CDC Self-Screening form with you , or to any private lessons, that you may attend at Downstate.
