Jen was the Assistant Coach at Mercy College for five years, then became the head Coach for the next five Years. She coached them to the NYCAC playoffs within her first three years and to the NCAA Division II for the following two years. Jen first started coaching Fox Lane High School in 2008 as the JV coach, and she is now in her fifth year of coaching the Varsity team. Jen has coached at Downstate Juniors for over 9 years. She played four years as a setter in college, and was named to the NYCAC All Conference team all four years.
