Hello Players and Parents!

Today I finished sending out the links for hotel rooms that I’m able to at this time.

So, I can give a quick overview to answer the emails I received about this.

  1. These hotels have deadlines, some have been extended for us already.  These MUST be booked ASAP, please.
  2. All overnight tournaments are stay-to-play events.  You must book a room at the hotel I send to you. They check the rooming list to tournament rosters.
  3. Please make sure all athletes names are on the room list when booking. If you are sharing a room with another athlete, make sure both names are on the rooming list!
  4. You must check-in the night before the tournament starts.  It is part of the stay-to-play, a minimum number of rooms nights must be met.

Below are the emails that have been sent out, and a note on why some have not been sent:

National program:

MLK: 

North -14 Cobras, 16 Cobras, 17 Cobras, 18 Cobras

DAC – 14 Black, 14 Red, 16 Black, 16 Red, 18 Black

*I will send out the links to 15 Black, 15 Red, 17 Black and 17 Red when the teams are split.  The reason is because 15 Red and 17 Red play in York, Pa at a different location.

Capitol Hill Classic:

North -14 Cobras, 16 Cobras, 17 Cobras, 18 Cobras

DAC – 14 Black, 14 Red, 15 Black, 15 Red, 16 Black, 16 Red, 17 Black, 17 Red, 18 Black

Boston Weekend #1:

North -14 Cobras

DAC – 14 Black, 14 Red, 15 Black, 15 Red

 Boston Weekend #2:

North -16 Cobras, 17 Cobras

DAC – I will send out the links to 16 Red and 17 Red after the teams are split.

Sunshine Classic:

DAC – I will send out the links to 16 Black and 17 Black after the teams are split.

 NEQ 1-3 (Philadelphia, Pa)

Hotels open on December 1st.

 East Coast Championship (Pittsburgh, Pa):

Hotels open on January 5th.

 Fun @ the Sun (Mohegan Sun, CT): 

DAC – I will send out the links to Red teams after the teams are split.

 Please note that the coaches will be updating your calendar, in TeamSnap, for both practices schedules and tournaments over the course of the next week or two. Practice grids are currently available on our website under the location in the top menu.
